Stuart Lee Lipscomb, age 86

Stuart Lee Lipscomb, age 86, of Fredonia, died Monday, April 16, 2019 at Baptist Health of Paducah.

He was a former owner of Saratoga Bait and Tackle, a retired maintenance manager for Firestone Steel and was a Veteran of the United States Army having served during the Korean Conflict.

Survivors are: his two daughters, Katherine Lee Turner of Lyon County and Jo Ann Pichan of Ann Arbor, Mich.; two sons, Stuart Lee Lipscomb, II, of Lyon County and Herbert William Lipscomb of Eddyville; one brother, Bill Lipscomb of Paducah; eleven grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Lou Lipscomb; second wife, Mary Etta Lipscomb; parents, William Howard and Thelma Dean Lipscomb; sister, Patricia Lipscomb Hiter; brother, Herbert William Lipscomb; two grandchildren, Russell DeBoe and Tammy Pichan.

Funeral services were held at Morgan's Funeral Home on Friday, April 19 at 2:30 p.m. with Bro. David Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Meeks Cemetery.
