Services for Mary E. Lipscomb, 85, of Fredonia, will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 21, at Morgan's Funeral Home in Princeton. Burial will follow in Princeton Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held on Monday, Jan. 21, prior to the service from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Lipscomb died Thursday, Jan. 17, at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah. She was former owner and operator of a bait and tackle store.
Her parents were Marvin Ray Armstrong and Mae Alice Guess Armstrong.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, L.M. Croft; a son, Douglas DeBoe; a sister, Marvina Oliver; a brother, Bill Armstrong and a grandchild.
Survivors are: her husband, Stuart Lipscomb of Fredonia; two daughters, Katherine Lee Turner of Lyon County and Jo Ann Pichanof Ann Arbor, Mich.; two sons, Stuart Lee Lipscomb, II of Lyon County and Herbert William Lipscomb of Eddyville; a sister, Betty Hesher of Schererville, Ind.; a brother, Benny Armstrong of Paducah; 12 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren.
