Fred Stanley “Stan” Bushkill, age 83, formerly of Eddyville died Friday, June 7, at Touro Hospital in New Orleans, LA. He was a retired Radiation Safety Officer with a nondestructive testing company, a member of Christ Tabernacle Church in Princeton, and a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Garrett Bushkill, Luling, LA; two daughters, Shannon Smith of Kuttawa, and Melissa Snyder of Eddyville; two grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one sister-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.

Stan was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Reva Elizabeth Murphy Bushkill, his first wife, Sandy Bushkill and one brother, John Bushkill.

Visitation was Wednesday, June 12, at Christ Tabernacle Church in Princeton and also on Thursday, June 13 at the church.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, June 13, at Christ Tabernacle Church with Rev. Troy Jent officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Rolling Hills Cemetery in Eddyville.
