Coy Mitchell

Services for Coy Everett Mitchell, 93, of Princeton will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, at Morgan's Funeral Home with the Rev. Dede Loveless officiating. Burial will follow at Eddy Creek Church Cemetery with Military Honors.

Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, at the funeral home.

Mr. Mitchell died Sunday, Jan. 27, at Raintree Manor in McMinnville, Tenn. He was a retired Instrument Tech from AEDC, member of Eddy Creek Baptist Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars and was active in the Senior Citizens Center of Princeton. Coy was a United States Marine having served in World War II and was a proud Purple Heart recipient.

Survivors are: two daughters, Linda Diane Mitchell, Hillsboro, Tenn., and Patricia Ann Lawhorn of Manchester, Tenn.; four grandchildren, Bryan Hill, Angelia Bowles, T.J. Lawhorn, Alicia White; nine great-grandchildren.
