JULY 22: An indictment warrant out of Daviess Circuit Court was served on Donte M. Washington, 27, of Owensboro. The warrant lists one count of first-degree promoting contraband and one count of tampering with physical evidence.

JULY 23: A criminal complain summons out of Lyon District Court was served on James Michael Fuller, 52. The summons requested Fuller appear before the judge on charges of one count each of first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine)- second offense, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

JULY 23: A bench warrant out of Lyon District Court was served on Gregory R. Cornish, 38, of Fredonia for failure to pay or appear. The warrant lists underlying charges of: One count of fraudulent use of a credit card (over $500, but under $10,000) and five counts of second-degree forgery.

JULY 23: A complaint warrant was served on Timothy A. Wells, 35, of Bremen to answer for two counts of theft by unlawful taking (more than $500, but less than $10,000). This charge comes as the result of an investigation into the theft of a utility trailer and Yeti cooler from Iron Hill Road, and the theft of an ATV from Mount Pleasant Road, both in Kuttawa, reported July 1, as well as the theft of a vehicle in Caldwell County.

JULY 25: A bench warrant out of Christian Circuit Court was served on Bobbie J. Adams, 26, of Providence for probation violation. The warrant lists one underlying charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance- first offense (drug unspecified).

JULY 26: A complaint warrant out of Lyon District Court was served on Tawanna McGill, 31, at the Western Kentucky Correctional Complex in Fredonia. The warrant lists one underlying charge of fugitive from another state (Tennessee).

JULY 27: While assisting with a KSP Check Point, a Lyon County Sheriff's Office Deputy reportedly observed the strong odor of alcohol coming from Donald Ray Spillman, 19, of Paducah, while he was stopped at the check point. Spillman admitted to authorities that he was drinking prior to driving.

Spillman was arrested and charged with one count of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (under age 21).

JULY 30: The Sheriff's Office responded to a two-vehicle injury collision on U.S. 62 in Kuttawa. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Anthony J. Olmeda, 16, of Paducah was exiting I-24 East and approaching the U.S. 62 intersection when Olmeda pulled into the path of a vehicle driven by Kevin Winfree of Kuttawa, causing a collision. It is unknown whether Olmeda stopped at the stop sign before entering U.S. 62. Olmeda was life flighted to St. Louis Children's Hospital. Winfree was transported to Baptist Health of Paducah by Lyon County EMS.

JULY 30: A bench warrant out of Lyon Circuit Court was served on Christopher L. Clark, 36, of Johnston City, Illinois for failure to appear. The warrant lists one underlying charge of flagrant non-support.

JULY 31: An indictment warrant out of Boyd Circuit Court was served on Matthew Odne, 43, of Ashland. The warrant lists one underlying charge of flagrant non-support.

JULY 31: An indictment warrant out of Oldham Circuit Court was served on Cory Bottoms, 36, of Eddyville. Underlying charges listed on the warrant are one count each of persistent felony offender and first-degree promoting contraband.

JULY 31: A bench warrant out of Warren District Court was served on Agnes W. Powell, 57, of Bowling Green, for contempt of court. The warrant lists one underlying charge of failure of owner to maintain required insurance.

JULY 31: A bench warrant out of Lyon Circuit Court was served on Kimberly Humphrey, 44, of Eddyville, for probation violation. Underlying charges listed on the warrant are one count each of trafficking in controlled substance, shock probation in felony convictions, and probation violation for misdemeanor offense.

JULY 31: A bench warrant out of Caldwell District Court for contempt of court was served on Jesse K. Devlin, 25, of Eddyville. The warrant states surety was removed and Devlin's bond reinstated. Underlying charges listed on the warrant are one count each of first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine)- first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

AUGUST 1: An indictment warrant out of Lyon County Court was served on Timothy W. Wyse, 32, of Kuttawa. The arrest report states Wyse is charged with one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

AUGUST 1: The Sheriff's Office was dispatched to single vehicle accident with injuries on U.S. 641. Upon arrival, the deputy discovered the driver, Todd Powers, 49, of Fredonia, sitting on the guardrail. Powers was reportedly talking, but showed signs of injury. He stated a deer jumped into the road and struck his motorcycle. Powers was transported to Caldwell Medical Center for treatment.

AUGUST 4: Sheriff Brent White responded to an open 911 call of a rolling domestic dispute at the flea market in Suwanee. Upon arrival, he reportedly witnessed Rickie Allen McKinney, 56, of Kuttawa, standing next to a pickup truck. The driver of the truck stated McKinney had been acting bizarrely for several days and he believed McKinney to be under the influence. White's report states McKinney would not keep his hands out of his pockets as instructed, and a frisk search revealed an open blade knife in his pocket. A search of a bag in the truck containing McKinney's wallet and identification also revealed paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine.

McKinney was arrested and charged with one count each of public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine)- first offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

AUGUST 5: A bench warrant out of Lyon Circuit Court was served on Dennis R. Brock, 43, of Eudora, Kansas for probation violation. Underlying charges listed on the warrant are one count each of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine)- first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating on a suspended or revoked operators license.

AUGUST 5: Deputies with the Sheriff's Office responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of Huck's in Kuttawa. Upon arrival and running the license plate, the vehicle was discovered to be stolen. The operator of the vehicle, Travis Earl Luke, 35, of Silver Springs, Florida, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property under under $10,000. It was also discovered during the investigation that Luke was wanted out of Florida, and he was also charged with fugitive from another state.

A passenger in the vehicle, Kristin Deann Morgan, 32, of Buffalo, Texas, was also arrested and charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000.

AUGUST 5: A bench warrant out of Lyon Circuit Court for failure to pay child support was served on Jamie M. Springs, 33, of Oak Grove.
