AUGUST 26: The Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a suspicious person on Days Inn Drive in Kuttawa. Upon arrival, Jason Thomas Shank, 40, of Kuttawa, was found in a parking lot. A consented search of his vehicle reportedly revealed an open container of liquor and drug paraphernalia, though Shank was reportedly sober. Shank was charged with one count each of expired Kentucky registration plate, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

AUGUST 26: A deputy with the Sheriff's Office arrested Brendan Allen Gill, 26, of Grand Rivers, after he was involved in a motor vehicle accident in Kuttawa involving minor injuries. Gill gave authorities consent to search his vehicle, and during the search they reportedly found a metal container containing marijuana residue. Field sobriety tests were performed, as well. Gill was charged with one count each of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

AUGUST 26: A bench warrant out of Warren District Court was served on Amy Elizabeth Compton, 44, of Smiths Grove, for failure to appear. The warrant lists one underlying charge of third-degree trespassing.

AUGUST 28: A bench warrant out of Lyon District Court was served on Jamie Ramsey Stovall, 42, of Eddyville, for failure to appear. The warrant lists two underlying charges of theft by deception- including cold checks under $10,000.

AUGUST 28: Three bench warrants were served on Rachel Yvonne Fife, 32, of Clarksville, Tenn.. The first warrant out of Lyon Circuit Court was for probation violation for felony offense. The warrant lists one underlying charge of theft by unlawful taking- over $500 but under $10,000. The second was a bench warrant out of Hopkins District Court for failure to appear. That warrant lists underlying charges of one count each of second-degree criminal trespassing and first-degree criminal mischief. The third bench warrant, also from Hopkins District Court, is for failure to pay restitution. It lists one underlying charge of falsely reporting an incident.

AUGUST 30: A bench warrant out of McCracken District Court was served on Wesley C. Bunch, 35, of Paducah for failure to appear. The warrant lists one underlying charge of public intoxication- controlled substance.

SEPTEMBER 1: A bench warrant out of Lyon Circuit Court was served on Alexis Jean Syring, 23, of Fredonia for probation violation for felony offense. The warrant lists underlying charges of one count each of possession of methamphetamine, cultivating in marijuana (fewer than 5 plants), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

SEPTEMBER 3: Police were called to Hucks in reference to someone trying to break into the construction storage trailers. Upon arrival, police were reportedly approached by Elvin Jacob, 25, of Eddyville, who stated he believed the trailers had Mexicans in them. The deputy reportedly smelled alcohol on Jacob's breath. Staff at Hucks said the construction crew had been gone for several days, and that the trailers had been locked since. Jacob was arrested and charged with one count of alcohol intoxication in a public place.

SEPTEMBER 3: Police were dispatched to the Kuttawa BP in reference to Jeromie John Hacker, 45, of Westbrook, Minn., reportedly being under the influence. Upon arrival, the deputy reportedly approached Hacker and observed he had mumbled speech, narrowed pupils, and other behaviors that lead him to believe Hacker was under the influence, and Hacker admitted to using methamphetamine that day. A search of his vehicle allegedly revealed two glass pipes with visible methamphetamine residue. Hacker was arrested and charged with one count each of operating a motor vehicle under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

SEPTEMBER 4: A bench warrant out of Lyon Circuit Court was served on Anthony Devine, 24, of Louisville, for probation violation. The warrant lists underlying charges of one count each of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of marijuana.

SEPTEMBER 4: A bench warrant out of Whitley Circuit Court was served on Estel D. Leach, 25, of Williamsburg, for failure to appear. The warrant lists underlying charges of one county of persistent felony offender II, and two counts of criminal mischief- first degree.

SEPTEMBER 4: While running traffic, a deputy with the Sheriff's Office reportedly observed Deangelo Nourice Boynton II, 24, of Cincinnati, driving in excess of 100 mph in a 70 mph zone on Interstate-24 at Exit 42 (onto Interstate-69). After being stopped by the deputy, Boynton was arrested and charged with one count each of speeding 26 mph or more over the speed limit, reckless driving, disregarding a stop sign, and operating on a suspended or revoked license.

SEPTEMBER 4: Four separate bench warrants were served on John Boyd Wolfe, 43, of Bowling Green:

*Lyon District Court: Failure to appear (one count of assault- fourth degree (domestic violence))

*Lyon District Court: Failure to appear (one count each of assault- fourth degree (domestic violence), interfering with communications, unlawful imprisonment- second degree, and terroristic threatening- third degree)

*Lyon District Court: Failure to comply (hasn't filed proof of counseling)

*Warren Circuit Court: Contempt of Court

SEPTEMBER 4: A bench warrant out of Lyon Circuit Court was executed on Tonya Michelle Breaux, 57, of Kuttawa, for probation violation for felony offense. The warrant lists one underlying charge of receiving stolen property under $10,000 (complicity).

SEPTEMBER 5: A complaint warrant out of Christian District Court was served on Terrica Byron, 38, of Princeton, with three listed charges of criminal possession of a forged instrument- second degree.

SEPTEMBER 5: A deputy with the Sheriff's Office reportedly observed Jamie Dillion Traylor, 21, of Fredonia, with a beer can in the console of his truck at the Five Star in Eddyville. The deputy followed Traylor's vehicle down U.S. 62 and eventually performed a traffic stop. During the stop, he reportedly smelled alcohol coming from Traylor, and Traylor admitted to drinking 4 or 5 beers in the last hour. Traylor was arrested and charged with one count each of failure to or improper signal and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

SEPTEMBER 5: An indictment warrant out of Bell County Circuit Court was executed on Margaret A. Branscome, 43, of Eddyville. The warrant lists charges of one county each of possession of a controlled substance- first degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, prescription controlled substance not in the proper container, and illegal possession of a legend drug.

SEPTEMBER 7: The Sheriff's Office executed a complaint warrant out of Lyon County Court on James Kenneth Fox, 51, of Paducah, for one charge of criminal littering. The report states the charges are for dumping roofing material on Green Road and failing to remove it. After Fox was detained, a search of the vehicle he arrived in allegedly uncovered approximately one gram of methamphetamine. As a result, Fox was also charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
