On June 5, 2019 at the 2019 PVA Summer Conference Luncheon held in Owensboro, KY,

Christie Cruce, Lyon County PVA and the Lyon County PVA Office received the Outstanding Assessment Jurisdiction Award for 2019.

This Award is given each year to one of the 120 Kentucky Counties who has been nominated by their fellow PVA's from Each Senate District and is then selected by the Executive Committee with a Representative from each of the 6 Senate Districts.

The Lyon County PVA Office is comprised of Christie Cruce, PVA , Trena McPherson, Deputy, Paige McPherson, Deputy, and Eric Gray, Deputy (not pictured).

From the numerous nominations, "The Lyon County PVA Office is a model office that serves their taxpayers and commercial users to the best of their abilities in a kind, courteous and professional manner. In addition, they offer their expertise and time assisting other counties in performing their official duties. The efficiency of this office has allowed for Christie Cruce, Lyon County PVA to help other counties and focus on and implement policies and procedures for the betterment of the Taxpayers of Lyon County. Without the support of her staff, she would not be able to perform these services."

The Kentucky PVA Association recognizes Christie Cruce, Lyon County PVA and the Lyon County PVA Staff as the Outstanding Assessment Jurisdiction for 2019.
