There will be no services for Samanda J. “Sam” Wallace, 59, of Cadiz. King’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Samanda passed away Monday, February 18, 2019 at her home.

She was born September 18, 1959 in Evansville, Ind. to the late Vernon E. Payne, Sr. and Martha Ward Payne. She was the Co-Owner of T & S Trucking, of the Catholic Faith and enjoyed crafts, painting and gardening.

She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Tim Wallace, Cadiz; son, Michael J. Hornick, IV, Oakland City, Ind.; daughters, Samanda Hornick, Evansville, Ind., Keri Hornick, Fort Branch, Ind.; step daughter, Shauna Grollnick (Nick), Hopside, Ind.; brother, Vernon E. Payne, Jr., Evansville, Ind.; sisters, Debbie Johnson, Evansville, Ind., Yolanda Minikein, Evansville, Ind., and Marelda Payne, Evansville, Ind.; six

grandchildren, Winston, Maxwell, Helaina, Dixie, Dillon, and Dustin; four step grandchildren, Lisa, Tyler, Samantha, and Blake; and a number of great grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
