Funeral services for James Edward Elliott, 55, of Hopkinsville, a native of Trigg County, will be held at noon Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Redd and Brown Funeral Home in Hopkinsville, with Reverend Randy Merriweather officiating. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Cave Springs Cemetery in Hopkinsville.

James Elliott passed away of natural causes Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Miller Nursing Home in Colquitt, Ga.

He was born November 18, 1963 in Cadiz to the late James E. Wilson and Lois Elliott Hollowell.

He is survived by his wife, Annie Major Elliott; mother, Lois Elliott Hollowell; daughters, Alice McGregor, Cassandra McGregor; step daughters, Stephanie Barnett and Angel Elliott; sons, James McGregor, Perry Allen and Brandon McFarland; sisters, Delores Jones, Beverly Hamilton and Teresa Wilson; brothers George Wills, Spencer Wilson, Anthony Watkins and Maurice Watkins; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
