First Hero Fest this weekend

Families are invited to pack up the kids and head to Benton's H.H. Lovett park for Benton Partnership's first ever Hero Fest on Saturday from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m.

Participants will enjoy special meet-and-greets with their favorite superhero characters, decorate customized masks and capes and have the opportunity to become a local hero-recruit. There will also be inflatables, face-painting, food trucks, a superhero-themed enduro race and a superhero move night in the park.

Attendance for the event and activities is free of charge. The event is sponsored by Pinnacle Construction, Feels Like Home Realty, the City of Benton and the Benton Partnership.

For more information about the event, visit the Benton Partnership's Facebook page and look for the Hero Fest Facebook event.
