Tim Thomas, age 55, of Cadiz, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at his home.

Tim was a manufacturing engineer. He had worked with Harley Davidson in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and most recently with Danfoss (formerly White Hydraulics) in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and fishing and tinkering on cars, boats, or anything that once ran. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a Christian. Tim was a man who lived his life at full throttle. He lived every moment with joy, humor, and optimism. His outgoing personality and sense of humor were enjoyed by all who met him. His pride and joy was his daughter Paige, who recently gifted him with a beautiful granddaughter. This world will not be the same place without him.

He is survived by his daughter, Paige Thomas (Antonio Cooke) of Byron Center, Michigan; his granddaughter, Alaina Cooke; special friend, Annette Renk of Cadiz; his parents, Richard and Mary Lee Sylskar Thomas of West Bend, Wisconsin; one brother, Andy Thomas of Vista, California; and one sister, Sue (Kesh) Pillai of Merrill, Wisconsin.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main Street in Cadiz, is in charge of arrangements.
