Bobby Taylor, 67

Funeral services for Bobby Taylor, Sr., 67, of Hopkinsville, were held Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Goodwin Funeral Home, with Reverend Adam Glover officiating. Burial followed in Bristo Lancaster Cemetery in Trigg County. Serving as pallbearers were Richard Adams, Tyler Fish, Brenden Fish, Jacob Adams, Charles Vincent, J.R. McGee, Ashley McGee, Jerry Don Lewis, and Darrell Sumner. Goodwin Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Bobby Taylor, Sr., a native of Trigg County, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville.

Mr. Taylor worked for Calhoun Logging for 25 years. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially fishing. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Audrey Mitchell Taylor of Hopkinsville; one son, Bobby (Joy) Taylor, Jr. of Princeton, Kentucky; two daughters, Angela (Steve) Fish of Hopkinsville, and Crystal (Robert) Castro of Oak Grove, Kentucky; eight grandchildren, Richard (Allie) Adams, Ashley (J.R.) McGee, Jacob Adams, Tyler Fish, Brenden Fish, Brittany Taylor, Charles Vincent, and Chelsea Vincent; six great grandchildren, Jaxson Adams, Trevor McGee, Riley McGee, Michael Vincent, Miley Vincent, and Carter Reece Vincent; one brother, William Kidell Taylor of Cadiz, Kentucky; and two sisters, Deloris Johnson of Jonesboro, Georgia, and Deborah Taylor of Cadiz. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Herschel and Edna Merrick Taylor.
